PAY UP FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE.

Loss and damage refers to the effects of climate change that we can no longer prevent. This includes severe weather events and slow changes like rising  sea levels. Countries in the global south are often the hardest hit, facing huge losses while being least responsible for the emissions that cause climate change. Many affected countries lack the funds to recover from these damages without international aid. Current efforts to address these damages are not enough, more global support is needed. Losses and damages from climate change are happening now. We need better funding, rules, and support systems at all levels to tackle these issues effectively.
