Today, the 19th of November, 2022 is lnternational Survivors of Suicide Loss Day. Surviving the loss of a loved one to suicide comes with complex challenges. It's a painful and often isolating journey. Today is a day to raise awareness, and offer gestures of kindness, hope, and support to those who have lost someone to suicide, so they know they are not alone, and have the help they need.
