WORLD SIGHT DAY 2022.

World Sight Day is an international day of awareness, held annually on the second thursday of October. This year, World Sight Day is coordinated by the lnternational Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB). The theme for this year's World Sight Day 2022 is: "Love your eyes". 

World Sight Day is an opportunity 

- To focus the world's attention on eye health as a global issue.

- Raise awareness of eye health amongst individuals, families and communities.

- ls a platform to influences decision makers to prioritize eye health initiative.

- Helps activate demand for eye health services globally.
