CYPLP AND GALA CALL FOR PARTICIPATION ON GRAPHIC DESIGN CONTEST TO MARK WORLD CONSUMER DAY 2022.

Are you a rising talent in graphic design or advertising, a Nigerian, residing in Nigeria and under 35 years of age?

The Global Alliance for Legal Aid (GALA) USA in partnership with Children and Young People Living for Peace (CYPLP) Nigeria are jointly launching a Design Contest just for you!

We want to communicate to consumers about the real risks of digital app financial loans in a proactive and fun manner, to how consumers feel using the services. 

You could win $100 USD for the best graphic art design with a tag line reflecting your deep thoughts on fair digital financial services.  

What does "fair" mean to you the financial consumer who uses digital apps loans platform(s) for financial services in Nigeria?

Are these digital financial services providing you with a valuable service and are they respecting your rights as a consumer?

Put those sentiments into your design/art and add an explanatory message for your graphics.

We appreciate humor, reality and and all forms of artistic expression in  not more than 10 words.
 
We, the Consumers need our own brand message to send to financial services providers.  

To participate you must have social media handles - Facebook, Twitter and or Instagram. Your design and message must be original and must be submitted in jpeg format, on or before 10th March 2022 at midnight Nigeria time. Winner will be announced on 15th March 2022 to mark World Consumer Rights Day. 

Applicant must post their design on their social media handles with hashtag #FairFinancialPractices #WorldConsumerRightsDay #FairFinancialPractices and then send their design to us at - FairDigitalFinance@gmail.com  

Scoring will be based on 
• Best graphic - 50%
• Best message - 50%
•Judge's decision will be final and not appealable.
• We are planning more contest in future for variety of artistic media (next up is music contest so watch out). 
• Winner will be validated before receiving prize.

On 12th December 2012, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) endorsed a resolution urging countries to accelerate progress toward universal health coverage (UHC). The idea that everyone, everywhere should have access to quality, affordable health care, as an essential priority for international development. Today the 9th of December 2021 is lnternational Anti - Corruption Day (IACD) ,  this day is celebrated globally every year by united nations (UN), non- governmental organizations and the private organizations.
